The north section of Hangzhou Metro Line 9 (phase I project) and the Citizen Center Station of Metro Line 7 were put into operation simultaneously at 3:00 PM, September 17, 2021.

The 800M dedicated wireless communication system of Hangzhou metro lines still adopts the train dispatching system products with independent intellectual property rights, which are independently developed by EASTCOM. The whole set of system products include core switch, base station, dispatching console, vehicle-mounted radio station, handheld terminal, etc. The 800M metro-dedicated wireless communication system is mainly used for train operation command and disaster prevention emergency communication, and provides voice and data communication services for dispatchers, station attendants and drivers, maintenance personnel, train inspection personnel and floating personnel.
